How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your book club subscription, log into your account, email us at email@example.com, or call us at 888-965-8737. If you are a multi-month prepaid subscriber and cancel before you receive your total prepaid shipments, you will still receive all your shipments, so keep an eye on your email for shipping updates and tracking information.
How do I gift a book club subscription?
Great gift idea! Head over to our Subscribe page to sign up a budding bookworm in your life. During checkout, enter your email address and billing information, and the gift recipient’s shipping address. This way, the gift ships directly to their door and you’ll stay up-to-date on the delivery time. You can update or cancel the subscription any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
When will my first book box arrive?
Your first book box will arrive within 5-7 business days from your order date. Keep an eye out for an email with tracking information once your book box ships. Subsequent book boxes will ship once a month.
When will I be billed?
For monthly subscribers, your payment method on file will be billed monthly when it’s time for your book box to ship. For multi-month subscribers, your payment method on file will be billed once every 3-, 6-, or 12- months, depending on your plan, when it’s time for your subscription to renew.

We ship in the U.S. only.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your kiddo(s) to love your I Can Read! Book Club subscription. Return any book box within 30 days from receipt for a product refund. For help, just reach out to customer support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 888-965-8737.
How do I make a return?
To make a return for an unopened book box, mark the box refused/RTS and put it in your mailbox or return it to your local post office. For an opened book box, please purchase a shipping label at your convenience to send the books back to us. How many books do I Can Read! Book Club members receive each month?
Book club members receive five exciting I Can Read! early reader books delivered to their door each month. Book boxes start at just $4.24/book with our annual subscription plan.
What if I already have the books I receive?
Just let us know and we’ll be happy to help! Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-965-8737 and a support team member will take care of you.
At which reading level does the I Can Read! Book Club start?
It’s up to you! You get to choose between three reading levels – Earliest Readers, Emerging Readers, and Established Readers – to pick the one the best suits your budding bookworm. At any time, you can change your subscription reading level by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
